New USA Dance members may complete an on-line membership application form through the national organization website. The national enrollment site will even accept credit card payments for membership enrollment. When completing the on-line form please be sure to select TX-McKinney#5049 in the chapter selection drop down box.

Alternatively, you may download the membership form and bring it, along with cash or check, for the enrollment fee to any of our USA Dance dance events.
